Mr. Anand Radhakrishnan is a seasoned Investment Professional with over 30 years of experience in the Indian Asset Management industry.

He joined Sundaram AMC in Feb 2024 as the Chief Executive Officer and assumed the role of the Managing Director in Jun 2024.

Prior to joining Sundaram AMC, he served as Managing Director & CIO (Equity) at Franklin Templeton India Ltd., wherein he and his team managed funds of both domestic and overseas investors, creating a long track record of superior performance and consistency.

He was earlier a part of Sundaram AMC between 1996 and 2004 and has also worked with SBI Funds Management Ltd.

He holds a Management degree from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder from AIMR, USA. He also possesses a Bachelor of Technology (Chemical Engineering) degree from Anna University, Chennai.

Mr. Dwijendra Srivastava joined Sundaram AMC in July 2010 and is currently serving as Chief Investment Officer - Fixed Income.

He has over two decades of experience in debt markets having had Research and Fund Management stints at Deutsche Asset Management, JM Financial Asset Management and Tata Asset Management prior to joining Sundaram AMC.

At Sundaram AMC he co-manages all our fixed income schemes and debt portion of our hybrid schemes.

He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA Institute, Charlottesville, Virginia, United States) and also holds PGDM (Finance) & Bachelor of Technology (Textile Technology) degrees.

Mr. Loganathan is a Chartered Accountant and has over 30 years of experience in Manufacturing, Banking, and the Financial Services sectors.

He joined Sundaram AMC in 2014, and has handled diverse responsibilities spanning Sales, Investment Products & Marketing, Risk and Credit, Learning and Development before taking over his current role as Chief Business Officer.

Prior to joining Sundaram AMC, he has worked with Ashok Leyland Ltd, and American Express Bank. At American Express Bank, he worked in Corporate Banking and Private Banking in India, UK, and USA.

Ms. Lakshmi H. has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and currently serves as the Chief Business Operations Officer.

She joined Sundaram AMC in 2000 and held key leadership roles including CFO and Head of Banking & Customer Service, before assuming her current position.

Earlier in her career she has worked with ANZ Grindlays Bank and Cholamandalam Cazenove AMC Limited.

She is a rank-holding commerce graduate from Madras University and has also completed a Strategic Leadership Program from IIM Bangalore.

Mr. R.S. Raghunathan is a Cost Accountant and an MBA with over 25 years of experience in Manufacturing and Financial Services Sector.

He joined Sundaram AMC in 2005 and over the years has managed various functions within the Finance division before taking over his current role as Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining Sundaram AMC, he was associated with Premier Mills Limited (Coimbatore).

Mr. S. Murali is a seasoned technology leader with over 24 years of experience at Sundaram Finance Group, currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Sundaram AMC where he leads technology initiatives.

With a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Anna University and a PGDIM from IGNOU, he combines technical expertise with leadership skills to drive customer-centric solutions.

Ms. Pinky has over two decades of experience in the Financial Services and IT sector. She joined Sundaram AMC in 2007 and currently serves as Chief Human Resource Officer.

Earlier in her career she has worked in the HR function at Verizon and Altech Star Solutions.

She holds a post graduate degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Madras and a Strategic Leadership Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Ms. Amrita Mohanty is a seasoned professional with over 21 years of experience in the BFSI sector and mutual fund industry.

She joined Sundaram AMC in 2024 and currently serves as the Chief Learning Officer.

Prior to joining Sundaram AMC, she led the Learning and Development department at White Oak Capital Group and was the Head of Franklin Templeton Academy.

She has conducted over 3,000 training sessions across 200 cities, reaching more than 20,000 distribution partners and investors nationwide. She has designed 50+ impactful training programs, authored 200+ articles simplifying financial concepts, and developed cutting-edge e-learning platforms with 200+ interactive courses.

Her expertise spans research, content creation, and delivering programs on financial markets, behavioural economics, macroeconomics, artificial intelligence, selling, and soft skills.

She is a CFP charter holder, has cleared CFA Level 1 and holds a certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute

Mr. D Muruganandam has over 18 years of experience as a Risk Management specialist in the investment management industry. He joined Sundaram AMC in 2020 and currently serves as Chief Risk Officer.

Earlier in his career, he worked at Sundaram AMC (2006-2017) in the risk management function and as an Investment Manager for a single-family office in Singapore.

He holds a Management degree from PSG College of Technology (Coimbatore), is a CFA Charter Holder from CFA Institute (USA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA (USA) and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science) degree from Madras University.

Mr. R. Ajith Kumar is a dynamic professional with over 18 years of extensive experience in Secretarial/ Compliance Functions and Legal Affairs.

He has been associated with the Sundaram Finance Group since 2008 and moved to Sundaram AMC in 2019, where he currently serves as the Company Secretary & Head of Compliance.

He is a Company Secretary, a Cost Accountant, and holds a Bachelor of General Law from Annamalai University.

Mr. Rajiv Chhabria is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the financial services industry. He joined Sundaram AMC in 2011 and currently serves as Deputy Chief Business Officer.

In his tenure, he has played a key role in leading teams across Retail, Institutional Sales, and Strategic Alliances, driving business strategy and forging partnerships with wealth houses, banks, and national distributors.

Before joining Sundaram AMC, Rajiv has worked with multinational firms such as Principal Mutual Fund and Daiwa Asset Management.

He holds a post graduate degree in management from SP Jain Institute of Management, Mumbai, is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and has completed a Strategic Leadership Program from IIM Bangalore.
